| The Rising Stars Baton Corp is a non-profit organization of girls residing in the Parkersburg, WV and surrounding areas. The Corp has been in existance for 5 years and is under the direction of Sherrii L. Scott. The members have teaveled locally and out of state to compete and perform, and have been named the NBTA WV State Corp Champions for two consecutive years!
